100% Single origin bush vine Chenin Blanc from Paardeberg. Whole bunch pressed and fermented in a mixture of cement eggs, foudres and other old barrels. Then kept on lees for 1 year before bottling. Another awesome wine from Alheit with vibrant flavours of lemon and wild flowers on the nose, together with an enticing saline mineral note. Layered and intense, it is long and clean and would go very well with grilled seafood.
