Single vineyard Semillon from Franschhoek, formerly known as La Colline. The grapes are hand sorted and whole bunch pressed then kept on its lees for 18 months in 7 year old oak. An expressive nose of white flower blossom, mandarin and hints of dried herbs. It is a beautifully textured wine, intense and complex and opens up beautifully in the glass.
