Bunches are hand picked, dried for 3 months then pressed and fermented in barriques. Hints of black cherry amidst sweet flavours of spice & tobacco . Matches with old blue cheese aswell as dark chocolate and dry pastries such as Pasta Frolla, a local favourite.
