This is terrific cool climate Shiraz from the cool climate Grampians region of Western Victoria. Deep purple in colour with delicious ‘lifted’ aromas of blackberries and cassis with whiffs of black pepper.
The palate has touches of cherry and liquorice. It has terrific balance between fruit and acidity and is ideal for early drinking. It is quite irresistible!
