From a blend of 5 different white grape varieties, some ranging in age from 30-70 years. It is aged for 6 months in amphora. This is a very attractive wine with ripe aromas of orchard and stone fruits and a round full palate with hints of melon. It is a real melange of flavours yet totally balanced and elegant.
