Dom. Sergent has been in the same family for well over 100 years producing fine quality wines such as ‘Les Noyers’ which has recently been awarded Gold Medal in the French ‘Guide Hachette’.
It has pleasing dark chocolate characters together with dark berry & Autumn fruits and would be a great partner for a tagine, perhaps.
