Chapter Three : Floral notes is one of Richard & Rachel Trenchard’s seasonal releases and has been created as a nod to their garden at Goosnargh Gin’s distillery. Rose, hibiscus and their favourite floral, peonies, combine to produce a gin as elegant on the nose as the palate. Their suggested serve with this gin is a traditional tonic water, with rose petals or mint to garnish and to enhance the floral notes, a elderflower tonic.
