Stashed full of red berry compote and raspberry flavours together with a ‘forest floor’ and mushroomy character this superb wine is as delightful as you’d hope and expect. Very much in its’ drinking window, and aromas linger as long as the taste and weight of fruit is still perfect. Pefect with darker game, perhaps fillet of venison?
