Weisser Burgunder is otherwise known as Pinot Blanc. This example has both complexity and structure. Aged in old oak barrels it has aromas of white flowers, pears and just a hint of marzipan. It has a creamy texture from lees stirring and pleasing length. Clean and pure, it is a beautiful wine drunk with or without food.
