From the far north of Italy, high up in the foothills of the Tyrol mountains (700m). Organically farmed it’s a terrific example of how good Riesling from Italy can be, it has mouth-watering flavours of limes and white flowers, hints of white pepper, great acidity and lovely length. Tried for the first time in a fish restaurant in Tuscany alongside a grilled Turbot…yet to come back to earth!
