The Hedonist Cabernet is grown biodynamically in McLaren Vale. Warm days are cooled by the evening sea breezes, keeping a lid on the ripeness of the grapes, maintaining a balance between fruit and alcohol.
It has a beautifully expressive nose of blueberries, mulberries and liquorice and the dusty berry character so common in McLaren Vale wines. The palate is dark and earthy, with hints of spice cabernet.
