From Lujan de Cuyo, arguably Mendoza’s premium vineyards, offering cool climate, high altitude fruit. Aged in a mix of French and American oak for 18 months, It is big in every sense with classic Malbec characteristics, wonderful aromas of dark berry fruits, touches of violets and tobacco whilst the palate is fulsome, juicy and strong. It is already very approachable, though probably best to give it some air.
