An archetypal Gran Reserva from this prestigious house. Tempranillo 90%, Garnacha 5% and Mazuelo 5%. Hand harvested and fermented in French oak barrels, then moved to new and old 225 litre Bordeaux style barrels for 28 months before bottled and cellared for 36 months. Aromas of cranberry, cherry, chocolate bitters, herbs like thyme and rosemary all wrapped in soft tannins and vanilla from the oak.
