A favourite Domaine of ours right through from Bourgogne Blanc to 1er Cru Chassagne Montrachet. Part of the famous Colin dynasty, Philippe set up his own Domaine in 2004. Fruit for this cuvee comes from vines in both St Aubin and Chassagne and has all the hallmarks of these prestigious appellations. Delicious bouquet after a pale green tint. This has energy and accessibility. Generous in fruit, delicious in flavour with a fresh acidity reminiscent of 2014, this is going to be a treat.
