Organic viticulture is very much a part of Domaine Collet and Forets has been converted to organic farming. Aged in cement and old 320 litre oak barrels for 11 months of the in steel for 3 before bottling. Lovely citrus aromas emanate from the glass with hints of a salty minerality and touches of spice. The palate is well structured, very dry with good weight of fruit, which whilst drinking very well now, will definitely offer great ageing potential.
