A superb superiore Valpolicella from a small winery combining traditional methods with modern techniques, high in the hills of the Marano Valley. ‘I Cantoni’ is wonderfully intense with aromas of dark cherries, dark chocoalate & hints of spice.
Aged in oak for 2 years and bottle for a further year, it has great depth and works extremely well with stews and ragus.
