Bouvier has 30 hectares under vine in and around Gevrey Chambertin, averaging 50 years. ‘La Justice’ is very elegant with more dark berry fruit than red berry, with a lifted nose of violets and hints of herbs. The palate is quite concentrated and full bodied yet is quite ready for drinking already and opens up beautifully in the glass.
