Fine quality chardonnay which very much resembles Chablis in character. The nose has hints of spring flowers, lemongrass and touches of honey, whilst the palate is a balance of minerality and fruit. Interesting and different, this Chardonnay offers excellent value and works well as an aperitif as well as a great match for seafood.
