Produced from old vine Muscat de Frontignan, a variety which does very well in South Africa. After ferment, a little 96% spirit is added before pressing. A whopping 250gms of residual sugar will allow it to be kept longer than we care to dream! (… or drink at next opportunity with fruity or toffee/ caramel style puds.)
