A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah aged for 12 months in oak. It has a beautiful, sweet nose of berry fruit with hints of cherries. Whilst the palate is superbly balanced with ripe fruit, soft tannins and round finish. Yes, it is structured and complex but with a real finesse, making it a delightful glass of wine.
