Certainly the wine which has put Alheit on the map, it has gathered quite a cult following and still remains extremely sought after. A blend of 87% Bush vine Chenin Blanc with 13% Semillon, it has a lovely balance between zesty, citrus fruit flavours and riper stone fruit and quince characters, backed up with a saline minerality. It’s easy to see why it’s so popular (…and limited!).
