Single vineyard bush vine Chenin Blanc from the high altitude and rugged Skurfberg area of the Olifant’s River region. Hand picked and bunch pressed, it has great mineral intensity with bruised apple, pear and peach flavours, along with a herbaceous fennel character. Produced in limited quantities, it is definitely one for the cellar.
