A fantastic value wine from vines grown 500m above sea level influenced by the Adriatic sea breezes. Vinified & aged in stainless steel and spending a few months of lees to add complexity, it has wonderful natural acidity , with aromas of summer flowers, zesty grapefruit and hints of sherbet. Pure and fresh, it is a wonderful match for prawn risotto.
