This Pinot Gris varietal from the Hunawihr co-operative in Alsace uses carefully selected grapes for lemon dominated citrus on the nose, under laid with fresh minerality. Elegant and refreshing with a touch of orange joining the lemon on the palate. Try with rich soft cheese, seafood light curries, grilled chicken and vegetables.
