As wine tastes moved on and drinkers got more daring, Muscadet was rather forgotten which was a real shame as it truly is the ultimate wine for shellfish, and happily it is back on the shelves with a bang! It is crisp, bone dry with hints of apples and pears and kept on it’s lees for added complexity.
