Sensational value from Cote Chalonnaise! From a 6 hectare vineyard, the vines for this cuvee are roughly 35 years old and it is aged 60% in stainless steel and 40% in 500 litre barrels. It has a very seductive nose of ripe peaches and hints of honeysuckle and vanilla whilst the palate juicy and plump, with pleasing amounts of acidity to keep it serious.
