Chablis ‘Dessus la Carriere’ is a typically concentrated, old school Chablis from vines of 50 years plus and from 2 parcedl of wine called Semon and Paradis which sit above an abandoned limestone quarry., The wine has lots of texture but is typically saline and tangy with hints of citrus, honey and green apples and is of exceptional quality.
