Previously an afterthought, the village of Saint Aubin has rightfully earned a place at the top table of White Burgundy appellations, producing superb wines. A family run domaine set up in 1946, Larue make quintessential Burgundy and their La Chateniere has delightful white flower, nectarine and toasty oak aromas and a long full palate with good weight and pleasing crisp minerality.
