On a recent trip to visit the amazing Cogno winery I fell for this delightful wine. As young Barolos go, there’s a lot going on, offering amazing flavours with cherries, orange peel, fennel and liquorice all in the mix. It’s now opening up into a really enjoyable wine, though you still need to give it plenty of air.
