Excellent quality Chardonnay from Prepotto on the Slovenian border of Friuli Venezia Guilia. The vines are 30 years or more and it is vinified entirely in stainless steel and aged on its lees allowing the fruit to express itself. Pleasing orchard fruit flavours of white peach backed up by a saline minerality.
