Roughly 60/40 blend (though it tends to change each vintage) Marsanne Roussanne. Hand picked off the very steep slopes & 30% aged in old oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel. Aromatic and refined it has white flower and honey aromas whilst the palate is delicious with orchard fruit and nut characters.
