Sauvignon Blanc is not the first thought when it comes to German varieties which is exactly why it’s so exciting.
Hand picked & fermented in new French oak then kept on its lees for 6 months. The result is magnificent with flavours of tropical fruits, lemongrass and a certain toastiness! Amazing with goats cheese.
