Pol don’t do NV Rose, aiming all their efforts into this delicious cuvee. It has a bright pink colour with a fine stream of persistent bubbles. Its’ charming nose offers fine aromas of raspberry and redcurrants, whilst the palate has hints of citrus fruit, as well as a rich structure. Interestingly it is made up of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 15% of Pinot Noir made as red wine which is added before secondary fermentation.
