100% tempranillo, kept for 14 months in oak (60% American, 40% French). Full bodied, with gorgeous aromas of dark berries and brambles and mocha it is everything one imagines from a Ribera del Duero. Big and juicy, with a spicy dish from tagines to curries, yet works beautifully alongside mature cheese. A true all rounder.
