Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is a fruit forward Chenin Blanc with pronounced aromas of stone fruit and melon. White peach and cinnamon apple on the palate with a fresh, vibrant finish. Pair especially with prawn risotto, chicken or soft cheese.
