Single vineyard Viognier from False Bay, where it benefits from the cooler maritime climate of the region. Aromatic, with plenty of generous peach and apricot flavours however there is a calming minerality and crisp acidity which runs through it, keeping it focused and fresh allowing this delicious wine to pair very well with seafood.
