Dating back to 1838 Yering Station was the first vineyard in Victoria. The village Shiraz has a powerful nose of blackberry, blackcurrant and liquorice and tiny hints of black pepper, whilst the palate is structured with soft tannins and hints of French oak. A match made in heaven for chargrilled steak.
