Blended from equal amounts of each of the three Champagne grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. An exquisite wine which exhibits slight Burgundian mealy notes, with a cleansing silky finish. The perfect apéritif champagne which is never released until it is at least three years old.
